DESCRIPCTION:
Hummus means "chickpea" in Arabic, and this is the colloquial name for the cold spread of chickpeas with lemon and tahini (sesame paste). At Rosara we have interpreted this great recipe from Near Eastern cuisine by adding our own vegetable ratatouille (tomato, pepper, courgette, olive oil...etc) and a light touch of spices, resulting in a balanced dish full of nuances.
INGREDIENTS: Chickpeas (43%), vegetables (43%) (in variable proportion of tomato, onion, green pepper, courgette and red pepper), lemon juice, tahini (sesame paste) (7%), vegetable oil (olive), salt, sugar, spices and acidulant (citric acid).
