Menestra is one of the most important recipes in Navarrese gastronomy. It is prepared with white asparagus, artichoke hearts, carrots and peas, carefully selected for their quality. These vegetables are cooked to perfection, so all you have to do is open them and add them to your dishes and recipes.
The ingredients of this vegetable stew are peas (40%), artichokes (22%), asparagus (15%), carrots (12%), water, salt and antioxidants (ascorbic acid and E-385). So that the best vegetables from Navarre are always at hand in your kitchen.
