DESCRIPCTION:
We use the best Torta del Casar D.O.P. cheese to make this creamy spread. It respects the personality of the cheese and its excellent flavour, but has a softer texture. This result is achieved naturally thanks to the action of the beaten egg and the other ingredients in the product.
Ingredients : Torta del Casar raw sheep's cheese (50%), cream, melting salts, cow's curd cheese, whole cow's milk, pasteurised egg and salt.
