Extra virgin olive oil made in Íllora (Granada) with olives of the Arbequina variety harvested during the first days of harvest.
The nose is fresh and delicate, with a light fruitiness very characteristic of this variety and notes of intense green fruit, tomato, banana and apple. In the mouth it is sweet, although the bitterness and spiciness can also be appreciated in medium intensity.
Recommended uses: Perfect to be enjoyed raw as a salad dressing or with gazpacho, toast, vegetables, rice dishes, paella and pastries.
