Olimendros Cornicabra
Olive oil with notes of green grass, artichoke and green almond. Pungent with a medium to high bitterness.
Its tasting notes are intense fruitiness, medium bitterness and medium spiciness.
Ideal for : Salads, grilled meat and fish. Very tasty in stews. Toasts.
Olimendros Coupage
Intense fruity olive oil. On the palate, it tastes of green leaves with hints of tomato, banana and green apple. Medium bitterness and medium-high spiciness.
