DESCRIPCTION:

This extra virgin olive oil is a single variety of the Arbequina variety.

A fruity green olive oil with notes of almond, green vegetables and fruit pulp. 

Description: A small olive with a long, strong pendulum. It is harvested early, when the olives are ripening.

Ingredients: Single variety extra virgin olive oil from arbequina olives, with zero phytosanitary residue certificate, no organic certificate.

Recommended uses: very aromatic in salads of all kinds, preferably raw.
