This extra virgin olive oil from Mérida (Badajoz) is a blend of the Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca and Morisca varieties.
Very fruity, of medium intensity, this extra virgin olive oil is very sweet on the palate, followed by a slight bitterness and a touch of ardour.
Elegant and fragrant, with herbaceous tones and delicate ripe notes. It's an oil with great personality, in which you can appreciate from the first moment the style of this brand, which has not changed since its creation.

The Álvarez de Toledo family has owned the Perales farm where their olive oils have been produced since 1624.
