This extra virgin olive oil from Mérida (Badajoz) is a blend of the Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca and Morisca varieties.

Very fruity, with herbaceous notes. An oil of great personality, in which the style of this brand, maintained since its creation, can be appreciated right from the start.

The Álvarez de Toledo family has owned the Perales farm where their olive oils have been produced since 1624.

The farm occupies several thousand hectares, of which about 450 are dedicated to the olive groves of the Marquis and the mill.
