DESCRIPCTION:

Extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety, organic, fruity green olive accompanied by multi-fruits: Apple, banana and almond.

Its aroma is slightly tinged by ripe tones. Subtle entry in the mouth, bitter and spicy balance to impress with its innate almondy delicacy.

Serving suggestions: Mahonesas, Alioli, Vinaigrettes, Marinated Salmon, Carpaccios, Gazpazchos and Salmorejos. Very appropriate to eat raw. In pastry, for pastry doughs.
