DESCRIPCTION:

Made by the prestigious French company Alain Milliat.

100% juice without additives or preservatives, looking for the quintessential taste of the raw material.

Discover this greenish-yellow juice.

Its pulpy and rich texture, freshness and strength, lively aromas, fine balance between acidity and sugar, and clean finish.

A pure fruit juice is a beverage obtained after cleaning, crushing and pressing the fresh fruit (without heating). It passes through a base of diatomaceous earth and cellulose (chalky, porous and absorbent) to recover the vegetable particles in suspension. This is a filtration process.

The fruit juice obtained is totally pure. It has no additives (colorants or preservatives).

Faced with these good prospects, he decided to expand the range and put the focus of the sale in cafés, hotels and restaurants with which he shared the qualitative requirements.

Alain Milliat S.A.S.

The grandson and son of farmers, and a farmer himself, Alain Milliat took over the family farm in Orliénas, near Lyon, in 1983.

For 15 years, he restored and installed new plots of land in the traditional craftsman's manner, caring for them like a real garden and integrating natural methods to...
