Exquisite selection of the best specimens of bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), caught one by one.
Preparation: Artisanal process using traditional methods. On arrival from the port, it is cleaned with plenty of water to prevent it from acquiring a strange colour and then cooked. Next, the bones are carefully removed and the skin is taken off and then only the loins are used, which are placed in glass containers with olive oil and then sterilised.
Ingredients: Bluefin tuna, olive oil and salt.
