Extra virgin olive oil from olive trees more than four hundred years old from the "Aranyó" estate, also called Finca de los Desterrados, located in the heart of the Les Garrigues area (Lleida).

El Silencio Arbequina extra virgin olive oil has the typical qualities of the Arbequina variety. It is fresh and its aroma is fine and delicate.

The nose is intense, with predominant notes of fresh olives with slight vegetal nuances, such as artichoke, green apple, almond and tomato. The first sensation on the palate is sweetness, with bitter and spicy notes that are noticeable.
