Extra virgin olive oil made from different varieties of olives: Arbequina, Picual and Lucio.
Green-gold in colour, it has an intense fruity medium consistency, very slight bitterness and spicy nuances, with hints of fig, green grass and other vegetal notes.
Moderately fruity green olive, with a complex bouquet, highlighting green aromas of aromatic herbs, tomato broom, artichoke and green apple, aromatic herbs such as mint and banana.
On the palate, the entry is smooth, the oil clean and fragrant, well-balanced and not very intense. Average persistence.
Serve with:
