Molino de la Gran Selección :
Medium fruity green olive, with great olfactory complexity, highlighting green aromas of aromatic herbs, broom tomato, artichoke and green apple, aromatic herbs such as mint, banana. On the palate, it has a smooth entry, a clean, fragrant oil that is well-balanced and not very intense. Average persistence.
Molino de la Calzada D'Origen :
Intense green olive fruitiness, with great olfactory complexity, highlighting the green tones of grass, tomato, almond and green apple, aromatic herbs such as mint. On the palate, the entry is smooth and all the olfactory notes are perceptible. The bitterness is mild and the intensity of the ardour is late and progressive.
Molino de la Calzada Arbequina :
It has a fruity aroma of olives and fruits such as apples, green bananas and almonds. It is smooth and creamy. On the palate, it is smooth, elegant, light and harmonious.
