S. Coop. And. Sierra de la Pandera

The Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Sierra de la Pandera was founded in 2004 as a result of the merger of S.C.A. San Juan Bautista and S.C.A. Nuestra Señora del Rosario, both from Los Villares (Jaén).

With this merger, the S.C.A. Sierra de la Pandera set new objectives and new goals in the commitment to quality in production, in the marketing of its oils and in the improvement of productivity, thus the first of the brands was born: Aceites Jabalcuz, a premium extra virgin olive oil at a very competitive price.

At S.C.A. Sierra de la Pandera they define evolution as the combination of the human dimension and respect for natural and cultural resources, in other words, they seek a harmonious and sustainable development in a privileged natural environment, the Sierra Sur de Jaén, hand in hand with the people and their people.

The human team is one of the pillars of the success of S.C.A. La Pandera's extra virgin olive oils. The members and farmers are the ones who cultivate their olive groves in family farms, lovingly cared for and using traditional techniques for the protection of the olive grove landscape.
