Castaing 1925

Joseph Castaing founded the Castaing company in 1925. His aim was to spread some of France's finest gastronomic specialties around the world: foie gras and other delicacies made from duck and other poultry.

Today, Castaing's great-grandson Jean Daniel runs the family business, the leading producer of foie gras and its derivatives in France's Landes region.

Today, their products can be found in the windows of the best delicatessens, on the menus of the finest restaurants and in the dinners of the most luxurious hotels. Through hard work and effort, they have succeeded in making a name for themselves among the finest foie gras producers not only in France, but worldwide.
