La Tourangelle has been producing its oils at its mill in Saumur, in the Loire Valley, using the same traditional methods for 150 years.
La Tourangelle oils are made from the finest fruit available, which also comes from the orchard next to the oil mill. Its nuts are hand-roasted in cast-iron kettles before being extracted in a press, resulting in a lightly filtered oil.
La Tourangelle oils are rich in omega 3, 6 and 9, as well as natural antioxidants and essential vitamins.
