Cuando est\u00e9 caliente echar la corteza de lim\u00f3n y dejar que se fr\u00eda ligeramente; entonces retirar la sart\u00e9n del fuego y echar la matalah\u00fava y el ajonjol\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar que se enfr\u00ede el aceite, pasarlo por un colador chino y reservarlo.<br \/>\nEn un bol, poner la harina en forma de volc\u00e1n, echarle un poco de sal y a\u00f1adir el jerez y el aceite colado. Amasarlo todo bien hasta conseguir una buena masa.<br \/>\nEntonces dejar reposar la masa durante una hora.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras tanto se puede ir haciendo el jarabe de miel, poniendo en un cazo la miel y 5 cucharadas de agua.
